Lovely hotel

This is such a nice hotel! Very nice staff with easy check-in and good recommendations! Our room was lovely with a super/comfortable bed, frig, nespresso coffee maker, nice bathroom and air conditioning (no microwave). We had pizza in their Italian restaurant for dinner. Good experience

I came for breakfast almost every morning and the server jay is very nice to me always with a nice smile I strongly recommend also the prices are not expensive and good service, the food and the breakfast menu is tasty

Came over to visit some family and stayed here for a couple days and it was a wonderful experience, the breakfast was my daughter's absolute favorite part of the day and that experience was made even better by our server Saule, I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends wanting a great place with a great experience.

Stayed here for one night from 27 to 28th and had breakfast on the morning. Was delicious food served by Saule. Lovely, polite staff member who was very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again

I went there with a friend of mine and we loved the breakfast, delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Jay made us feel very welcomed, made sure that everything is well. will definitely go again.

Warm, comfortable and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the room and the comfy bed, and then we had the most delicious breakfast in Bella Italia! Definitely recommend to family and couples - my boyfriend and I will be returning

The hotel is in a lovely location and across the road from public transport. The room although small was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with comfy pillows too. Really appreciated the addition of the free water and soft drinks in the mini bar. Everything you needed for a perfect stay was provided for in the rooms including tea and coffee, bathrobes, toiletries, iron etc. The reception staff were welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the cafe adjoining the hotel. Definitely value for money and will stay again when in London.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Paddington. 2 minute walk from Paddington station and the Heathrow Express. Should out to Abed and Mayada at the front desk. They will do anything to help their guests. Our rate included breakfast which was great. Lots of choices. Room was comfortable and very clean. Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary non alcoholic drinks in the mini bar, great wifi, great shower, to name a few of the nice amenities included in the room. Bed and linens are very nice too. Easy access to the Tube, hop on hop off bus, Kensington Gardens and many restaurants close by. Very quiet in the evenings. We will be back!
