Steps from Paddington Station and great for solo travelers
Steps away from Paddington Station with the Heathrow Express - this is a great location for anyone looking to have easy access to the airport. The area has lots of choices for food and you can get on the tube and explore other parts of London with ease. The staff was friendly and the Ops Manager, Sergio was very accommodating. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here and would stay again.

The Hotel was lovely and small. I loved the smaller size. It had all the benefits of the Paddington Hilton (where I have stayed before) without the noise and lines. I have heard people use the term Boutique Hotel. In my mind this Hotel is like that. Whatever I needed help with they responded promptly.
Recommendation
Very nice staff even at late night. There is one at reception called Abdul he helped me and was very nice. The location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. very nice rooms. Many restaurants and cafes are around. When I come again I will stay at the same hotel

The room is very large and the beds are very comfortable. Very good location 1 1/2 from Paddington station that takes you everywhere. The Service Quality.
Comfortable/good location
After a transatlantic flight we were pleased to hear that early check in was available, nice comfortable room, quiet at night and room to room, so a good nights sleep was had. Location was perfect for Paddington Station and exploring the local area of Paddington basin and little Venice. Hotel fitted our needs perfectly for a short stay.
Great place
Whilst we were staying in the hotel we dined in the bella Italia inside the hotel it was amazing the staff were great will 100% be back. The food was also so nice. Thank you to everyone we had a great night
Amazing stay in Hotel Indigo
My stay in the hotel was spectacular. Staff were attentive and able to accommodate all of my needs. The continental breakfast was amazing at Bella Itália. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very comfortable and cool in the heatwave, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was good, quick and hot. Again the staff were great, really friendly and attentive even though very busy

I went on busy Sunday morning for a quick breakfast. Though the restaurant was crowded thanuja the supervisor ensured we were seated promptly and served us quickly. Will definitely recommend this place for a quick breakfast
