Location, hospitality, cleanliness and convenience
Fantastic position within very easy walking distance of Paddington Station. Super friendly, hospitable, and professional check-in process via Shah, for whom nothing seems too much trouble. Nicely appointed room with everything you'd need and I just enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the onsite Bella Italia. My new hub for transit/exploring London and fully recommended.
Convenient and cosy
Friendly, professional, check-in with Shah, who epitomises hospitality. Lovely room with everything you'd need, including some nice complimentary touches. Bella Italia right underneath and, of course, that position - five minutes easy walking distance from Paddington station.
Room was clean
Room was (as always) clean, and kept well and tidy during my stay. Shah greeted me with a big smile when checking in, they know me at this hotel by now after 50+ stays.

I had a one night stay at Hotel Indigo in Paddington to catch my flight the next day. I got off the Heathrow Express and walked there (only a few mins walk). Checked in seamlessly with Gabriel. Was upgraded from a standard room to a premium for my IHG status. Upon entering my room, I realized I didn't have my phone. I ran downstairs and spoke to Gabriel again. He was very helpful and suggested I go back to the station now bc maybe it's still on the train or at lost and found. Long story short. A passerby found it on the ground right outside the station and turned it in. I know that I'm very lucky that the right person found it. Gabriel was reassuring and guided me in the right direction. Upon check out, the staff at the front was also very kind and I briefly shared my story. They informed me that Gabriel was actually a new staff and they were happy to hear how he was helpful and that I had a happy outcome during the last day of my 3-week vacation. Cheers!
