"Very comfortable hotel at super location transport-wise. Slightly on the expensive side for the standard, but you could say that about many good London hotels. Bella Italia restaurant on-site is where they also serve the breakfast. It's open all day, and they deliver food/drinks to the room as well."
Great value
Excellent Hotel in walking distance from Paddington station, we arrived from our flight and the helpful ladies at the desk were able to assist us with an early check in so we could shower and head out for the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel service was first rate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was very spacious airy and spotless. Bar area was lovely for a nice evening drink. Fully recommend this hotel., as one of the best and so close to Paddington and eay to reach further into London from here.
Above and beyond service
Shah went above and beyond to give me the best experience I may have ever had checking into a hotel. As an avid business I stay in many hotels and now my hotel in London will be Indigo Paddington! No matter where my meeting will be in the city I will accept the travel time because of the service here.
The best boutique hotel near Paddington Station to stay at!
This was the cutest hotel! It was our first stay in London and this hotel came highly recommended from a friend. They did not disappoint! From the warm and gracious Rewards member welcome from Maty at the front desk, to the gorgeous suite upgrade (all rooms very modern and well appointed), to Simon and team in the adjacent restaurant, all made us truly "feel at home" and helped us have a fantastic stay in the UK providing us friendly and personalized service! The hotel was close to everything incuding 50 feet from the Big Bus Tour stop (highly recommend). We love the food in the adjacent restaurant that our breakfast plan covered 100% of. Lunch and dinner also excellent! We even had room service our last night and had our best meal of the week! Just blocks from Paddington Station, a must-stay spot for anyone looking to see London!

Wonderful
Such comfortable rooms, on arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, reception was open 24/7 to deal with any issues experienced by people who stayed there. I went with my partner, two sons and daughter and we all had a wonderful time
Paddington stay
Never stopped at the indigo chain, but first impressions were clean and tidy with very smart staff, now this always gives a good indicator. Very well turned out, polite and well spoken counter staff - room was ready, clean, tidy cosy and we had the benefit of a small balcony. We ate at breakfast which was at Bella Italia but it was good food, good staff - when we left we were invited to sit outside as our train was a couple of hours away, and we were given coffee and our cases stored. Sleep well, the shower and room were first class, I’ve stayed in hotels three times the price and they haven’t touched this place - very impressed

Excellent location and great rooms
Excellent location especially when travelling from Heathrow airport. Rooms are not only comfortable but also large in size. Luxurious bathrobes, good size bathroom and coffee-maker in the room made our stay perfect! The breakfast possibility downstairs also saved time. This was our second time here and we’ll definetely come back again!
