I just completed a two-night stay at the Hotel Indigo and had a pleasant experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. Maty at the front desk graciously welcomed me and noted my Platinum Elite status. The room was cozy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite generous. The hotel is located just minutes from Paddington Station and steps from a variety of cafes, markets, pubs, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

If you are going for long trip the price is good and the hotel is quite and cozy it’s really nice

The hotel is cozy and clean and the staff are lovely even the area safe and nice everything is around me and next to me laundry, train station and salon and restaurant a lot of halal restaurants. The late night shift they are lovely and helpful. Thanks to the super hero security fuad. And abdul and kojo they are amazing 😍

"Centrally located in Paddington. Walking distance of 5 min from the metro station. They have an amazing breakfast selection. It is 2 thumbs up for their breakfast. Being IHG member got us upgraded to a bigger room. Staff was helpful to rectify our booking request for twin single beds instead of double bed. Bed was firm and supported. Will stay there again."

Very great stay, it is close ti Paddington station and underground. The location is close to several small shops and restaurants, so it is very convenient to get food even when it’s late at night. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, reception open 24hrs. Room is spacious and bed is super comfy.

Comfortable room, friendly staff who went out of their way to change our room because we had asked for 2 beds 1 person and were assigned a double bed. After 10 min of waiting we got the desired room. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast is top notch. Quick access from the metro

Great location, incredible staff and wonderful breakfast! Rooms well equipped, very comfy beds and linens. Soft drinks in fridge appreciated, nice selection of tea coffee and biscuits. Hairdryer and ironing facilities. Such helpful staff!!!
