It was a great experience from Deep checking us in to the locations. It was our second time at this hotel and we will be going back in the future!

Gabriel on reception was a delight. The location, right next to Paddington station, but tucked down a side street is perfect. The room was lovely. As an IHG member, the little things like chocolates and a couple of complementary drinks make all the difference.

This year I celebrated my Birthday and Christmas and New Years at Hotel Indigo Paddington on purpose. We are always incredibly well taken care of by Elsie, Shah, Jazmin & Dneeb. This certainly has become a Home away from Home in London. I also love the comfortability of the Rooms. Plus the Service.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness and convenience

Fantastic position within very easy walking distance of Paddington Station. Super friendly, hospitable, and professional check-in process via Shah, for whom nothing seems too much trouble. Nicely appointed room with everything you'd need and I just enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the onsite Bella Italia. My new hub for transit/exploring London and fully recommended.

Friendly, professional, check-in with Shah, who epitomises hospitality. Lovely room with everything you'd need, including some nice complimentary touches. Bella Italia right underneath and, of course, that position - five minutes easy walking distance from Paddington station.

Room was (as always) clean, and kept well and tidy during my stay. Shah greeted me with a big smile when checking in, they know me at this hotel by now after 50+ stays.
