Hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station. Staff are very welcoming and helpful during stay. Close to wonderful restaurants and shops. Great restaurant adjoining hotel and a perfect sized gym in the basement.

The staff were so helpful
The staff were so helpful. I loved that when I called I spoke to a person straight away, no automated telephone system. I loved how easy your team made it to arrange an early check-in. I loved the little gestures such as complimentary refreshments which made our stay feel special. The hotel was well equipped, clean and looked and felt classy. I loved the convenience of the Bella Italia restaurant and the generous breakfast deal for hotel guests. I loved how convenient the hotel is for Paddington Station and central London. I loved its location off the pretty square. All this and at a very reasonable price-point.
Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel stayed many times and will be back again in the near future. Staff and rooms are Excellent. Special mention to Gabriel, very helpful and thoughtful a credit to the hotel.
