WOW, shah and deep, the best staff - give them a raise
Shah and Deep, omg - as hospitality goes, they have been absolutely incredible! They deserve a raise, we all spoke about how we will continue to come back simply because they made us feel SO AT HOME! From fetching correct chargers, to giving us the best table, to the ability to manage a big groups dietary restrictions! All I can say is WOW. The drink and food was incredible, but the people were better!!! Thank you thank you thank you to both Shah and Deep.
Amazing
Shah was absolutely amazing. Took care of us so well with all of our requests. Deserves a promotion!
Great Location. Great Staff. Comfortable Rooms
This property is close to Paddington, Hyde Park and the Elizabeth Line. The staff is great and on the hottest day in London, the room was perfectly air conditioned.
The staff was very pleasant
It's proximity to Paddington, The Elizabeth Line and Hyde Park make this a great location. It was a scorching day in London but the room was very nicely air conditioned. The staff was very pleasant.
Reception staff extremely great
The staff couldn't of been more helpful. Acknowledged my Diamond elite status which is very nice. Great hotel.

Front desk staff were great and super friendly
Front desk staff were great and super friendly - upgraded my room and decorated for a friends birthday. Also liked the free minibar and the room size and amenities. Don’t know their names but front desk staff working the afternoon of June 5 were so lovely!
Lovely hotel
Very conveniently located close to Paddington Station. We enjoyed walking to Little Venice and exploring the local area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed an early check in. Room was very comfortable
