Front desk staff were great and super friendly - upgraded my room and decorated for a friends birthday. Also liked the free minibar and the room size and amenities. Don’t know their names but front desk staff working the afternoon of June 5 were so lovely!
Lovely hotel
Very conveniently located close to Paddington Station. We enjoyed walking to Little Venice and exploring the local area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed an early check in. Room was very comfortable

Great location close to Paddington Station. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to have an early check in as rooms were ready. Very comfy bed and well appointed room, plus a cute balcony.

Value for money and central location to Paddington station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable and I loved the mini fridge with free soft drinks it. For the price I paid, it was 100% worth it.

Excellent location and staff
The hotel location is so convenient, easy access to trains, food places nearby, and comfortable. Shah was especially helpful with suggestions on things to see and do, how to get there for those with walking difficulty, always cheerful and jolly, helps to make our day bright and cheery!

convenient location
Quiet, convenient location. Close to Paddington station and lots of places to eat. "Shah" provided excellent service. When the front desk had to reboot the computer system, he offered me a free drink and locked my bags in the closet until ready to check in. Then he also helped me figure out the electrical system/access card in the room which I was not familiar with.
