Room was great
Room was great. Refrigerator had good drinks. Good tea and coffee in the room (and always well maintained and restocked). A/C was great! Good location to train and tube. Stay was great! Housekeeper did a great job with the room! Thanks!!
Friendly helpful staff
The location, friendly helpful staff, modern rooms , rainfall shower. Complimentary soft drinks and milk in bottles. Iron and ironing board. Very quiet room, could not hear any outside noise.
Nice hotel, great location and customer service!
This is a nice hotel in a great location…close to Paddington Station. The customer service was outstanding with a special thanks to Ana at the front desk. She is top shelf! She greeted us each morning and assisted us with any questions we had. She was warm, helpful and very professional!
Weekend Stay
From the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly and all staff were very kind which can be a hard to find in London. Room was a good size and very well sound proofed as we were on a busy main road with no issues. Breakfast was in Bella Italia which again was great and hot with drink amenity being taken in the partner Mercure hotel (little unusual set up but not problems) Overall happy with everything my only gripe is the rooms are led down by the low quality of toilet paper - like we used to have in school so maybe a supply issue ?

Wonderful Stay
We’ve had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo London Paddington. The hotel is comfortable, lovely, and so convenient for public transport. A special thank-you to Shah, who made us feel welcome at check-in, took time to explain our room, and shared helpful tips about the nearby area. His warmth made a lovely first impression. And as someone who loves indigo, staying at Hotel Indigo felt more than a little magical!
