If you are looking for a great property in London, Paddington area, come here! Just opposite Paddington Station, a few metres away you will find this Hotel. Strategic area, quiet, but far from the chaos of the center. The rooms are small in size but very comfortable equipped with all amenities: hairdryer, international electrical outlets, mini fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation after days of visiting: very large shower, bathrobes, shampoo / bubble bath and body cream provided. I point out that there is no carpet in the room, so a plus not to be underestimated! The staff, especially Ana, very kind, attentive and friendly. Breakfast at the adjacent Bella Italia restaurant: excellent. I recommend including it in your stay, you will not be disappointed! It really satisfies all tastes! This structure has made our stay in London truly unique for the comfort it gave us after long days of visiting! Very, very recommended!

The reception staff, especially Ana. She was a huge help with the problem we had while traveling. She secured the hotel room we didn't have and got us a place to stay for the six days we were there. Her service was excellent, always with a smile. She was very kind, efficient, never gave us any trouble, and dedicated herself to resolving the situation without any problems. She's a fantastic asset to the team, thank you so much! The other person who helped us was Gab (Gabriel), who was very kind and efficient.Yes, Ana gave us excellent service. Thank you.
