Good location, few minutes walk to the Paddington Station. As a IHG member, I can enjoy the early check-in and enter the room at noon.

Big thank you for reception staff and special mention to gorgeous host Ishu from House keeping for being so helpful and for looking after us. Her service is excellent. We trurly enjoyed our recent stay at Indigo hotel. The hotel location was great. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. In particular, i would like to thank Mr. Shah and Miss. Elizabeth for all their kind help and support. They provided us with an amazing servie. In summary, our stay at this hotel was excellent.
Great place to stay when visiting London!
We chose this hotel because of our IHG membership, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect--only 1 block away from the tube and train stations, plus lots of pubs and shops on the streets everywhere. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Also the adjoining Italian restaurant was excellent!
This hotel is a jewel
Room was on the street side as requested; I like to hear the sounds of the city. From Heathrow by Elizabeth Line this hotel’s location is perfect and Paddington station is very convenient to get anywhere in town by tube and up-country by rail too for that matter. Whoever chose the beds and bedding knew what he/she was doing ; I slept beautifully. The partnership between the hotel and the Bella Italia restaurant on the ground floor is so convenient, especially for breakfast first thing or after a busy day out-and-about for dinner. The hotel is not too big nor too small … and it has an elevator.

The location is very nice
My sister and I stayed here late November 2024 for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is very nice because I walked from Paddington Station about 1 long block and arrived on the doorstep of the hotel. Half-way from the station the character of the block changes from lots of kitschy tourist/travel kiosks to pubs and restaurants and the beginning of Hyde Park area. ...
We loved everything about the hotel.
This was our second stay here and we loved everything about the hotel. The location is half a block from Paddington station, whicb is convenient to everything. The Elizabeth line goes from the airport to Paddington, eliminating the need for a taxi. The staff is very helpful, particularly Mata, who found us another room when the first one didn't work out and even upgraded us to a bigger room. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The managers even helped with our luggage. We'll definitely stay here every time we come to London.
Great Stay
Location was very convenient for us. Staff very friendly and excellent service from Lesse at reception, a true asset to the team. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect in the end , will be back next week!
