The location is beautiful and close to Pendigton train station and close to Oxford Street and the hotel street which has several different cafes and the street neighbourhood you will not get bored of it even though the street is small

The breakfast was first-rate, the room was clean, I will stay here again next time I come back to the UK.
Exceptional
Stayed for almost a week. Strategically located, walking distance to the station. Restaurant, cafe and shop are just everywhere around the corner. Toilet is surprisingly big incomparison to the room 🤦🏻♀️ I have to add, the staffs are very friendly and helpful; all of them! ❤️

Lovely hotel within easy reach of Paddington station and Heathrow. Staff really welcoming and attentive. Rooms nicely decorated with complimentary mini bar and beds very comfy. Received late checkout with gold status and they put our two rooms close together following a request.

Hi Team I received exemplary service from Sha and Yusuf at my recent stay on 2nd July thank you so much this hotel is so central access to Elizabeth line and to Heathrow express. I always stay here when travelling to London. This hotel chain is really so consistent with service.
Great hotel, outstanding service, fantastic rooms
Fantastic hotel, staff go above and beyond. Special shout out to the staff at reception, the lady remembered my name from my last stay (I am not so good ) and Shah was really kind, he remembered my preference for cows milk! Beds are comfortable and you are guaranteed to get a good nights sleep. Very quiet yet perfectly located for the Elizabeth Line. Love the Kettle and Nespresso machine so I can make my own coffee in the morning. On-site breakfast is great, try the fruit waffle. This hotel is one in a million!
