Excellent Stay at Hotel Indigo Paddington!
I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo London - Paddington, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was simply perfect.
What I Loved:
Atmosphere & Design: The hotel has a fantastic vibe—stylish, welcoming, and full of character.
Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless. The attention to detail in the housekeeping was evident throughout my stay.
Functional Luxury: I was particularly impressed by the bathroom; it was modern, highly functional, and well-designed.
Sleep Quality: I had an amazing night's sleep. The mattress and pillows were of top-tier quality, providing the perfect level of support.
Climate Control: The room temperature was easily adjustable within a good range, allowing me to set it exactly to my preference.
Staff & Service:
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member I encountered was incredibly courteous, professional, and eager to help, which truly enhanced the overall experience.
Girls Weekend
Location perfect,very close to Paddington underground. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had all facilities required. Great value for money. Great nights sleep no noise. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay here! Compared to other rooms in London, I felt this was a great size. Front desk staff always super friendly. They also decorated my room for my birthday!
Very close to Paddington Station
Very close to Paddington Station, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The king-size room was comfortable, and we truly appreciated how quiet it was despite being on the first floor. The complimentary drinks and amenities were a lovely extra and made our stay even more enjoyable. Due to some physical issues my wife was experiencing and our evening flight, we were kindly allowed to stay in the room for a longer time.

Had a wonderful stay for three nights. Amenities made up for it, such as a rainfall shower, towel warmer, extra large and fluffy towels, and an excellent check-in. The location cross the street from Paddington Station is not only perfect for sight seeing, but also you can take the express train from Heathrow and check in minutes after you deboard. Breakfast was included in my room rate and it was sumptuous. I can’t remember having had such good hotel breakfasts in a long time. This seems like a well-managed property in the IHG portfolio. We’ve decided to make this hotel our “stay” when visiting the city from now on.
Great hotel for a weekend getaway
Lovely Hotel and really great staff. The location is perfect for a central west London stay. Walking distance to Paddington Station and easy transfer from the airport via the Elisabeth Line. The staff were so so sweet, professional and every extra request we had was met immediately and with such great care. We were welcomed so nicely. Thanks to Lesse, Ana and Gabriel from reception.

Fantastic structure! Well connected for travel. Full of places to eat and shops for shopping. It has a beautiful heated terrace. There is a restaurant where you can eat without having to leave the building. 2 steps from Paddington Station. The staff at the reception is very kind. They are all courteous, cheerful, and polite. Especially Lesse and Shah, as well as the long-haired girl on the morning shift today, January 25th. Everything perfect. They are super quick to fix it. We will definitely be back
Wonderful
The team work in delivering a seamless personal service from Gabriel and Dip. Location to the underground, easy walk to Hyde park, super comfortable, clean and quiet room, good breakfast and dinner. What more can we say except that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
