Loved the staff and the included amenities. The location was good and the area was nice and quiet. A special shout out to Shah at the front desk who helped us out several times and took special care to help us solve a travel issue we were having.

Indigo Paddington Hotel

I really liked staying at this hotel during my visit to the United Kingdom. The location essentially in front of Paddington station allowed me to go everywhere with ease. My room was comfortable, quiet, clean, with good temperature. The staff was very friendly.

We had actually had 6 nights on another booking so had a good length of time at the hotel. The best feature of the hotel was Shah on the front desk. He checked us in and his service and warmth throughout our stay were outstanding.

wonderful stay in such a convenient walkable distance from paddington station & the beautiful hyde park, perfect final pit stop before heading to heathrow. clean and full of amenities to make your stop here ideal.

Visting London

Visting London for a couple of days with family and friends. Super convenient location very close to Paddington, without being so close to get the 'train rumble' through the building like many others. Also, excellent for getting to anywhere acorss London with so many underground line options. Without going into unnecessary details, we did have an issue during our stay which the staff delt with very professionally, so top marks. All good :o)
