"I checked in after 11pm and was received with a friendly and professonal receotionist. I was delighted at chocs and Prosecco in my room and free water. What a treat! Thank you. After checking out at 9am my bag was safely kept as I explored Paddington area for bfaat. A great stay."
Comfortable, lovely, convenient.
The team pleasantly accommodated my very early check in due to a red eye flight. They also accommodated my late check out. The room, while small by US standards, was stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the math references in the stairwell. The location is terrific for travelers who want to explore London but also need to make connections to elsewhere via Paddington.
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel Staff excellent, fantastic location. Breakfast excellent. Service was perfect. Only draw back is the rooms are small. Will definitely be staying again I will just book larger room.
The location is perfect it's close to the station
Loved this hotel. The location is perfect it's close to the station but also just a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Park. The staff was so nice they even prepared our room for our anniversary which was such a nice detail! I would stay here on my next visit to London.
Gorgeous boutique hotel near Paddington station
I only stayed one night, but it was great. Very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom fresh and spotless, with amenities. All staff were lovely and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel
I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel period the rooms were very comfortable although not as large as we used to in the United States period but it was a very functional room. The bathroom was great with it's spa shower. There was a nespresso machine with coffee and expresso pods, bottled water, champagne, diet and regular Coke in our room. These were refreshed daily or more so if we needed it. All the staff including the reception staff and Housekeeping staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. ...
Amazing location
Amazing location, just around the corner from Paddington station and even more superb front desk and service. Will definitely stay here again when I am next in London. Highly recommended and deserving of 5 stars.
Clean and comfortable rooms
Clean and comfortable rooms, just a couple minute walk from Paddington Station. Easy to miss the front entrance, nestled between storefronts. Stayed here a couple of times now, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile!
