Location was very convenient for us. Staff very friendly and excellent service from Lesse at reception, a true asset to the team. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect in the end , will be back next week!

Great, friendly hotel with amazing service - lovely staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Nice breakfast and good amenities in the rooms. I’ve been coming to the hotel for years and it never lets me down. Lesse at reception, in particular, deserves a mention for her help today.

First and foremost, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location to Paddington Station and keeping bags and places to eat is great. Clean new rooms but tight doubly so for a tall guy. The elevator is slow and janky. Not cheap but within going rate for the region

The proximity of this hotel to Paddington Station cannot be overstated. It's very convenient and easy to get to just by crossing one street. The room was nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable. The free drinks in the refrigerator were a nice bonus.

Perfect facilities: coffee, tea, cookies in the room. Iron. Great bathroom. Very good breakfast. Perfect location near Paddington Station.
