Nice hotel
We stayed here few nights for business, I have to say rooms were amazing, the staff very professional, the Breakfast at Bella Italia was what just needed to start the day. Helpful stuff too. All recommended.
Just what we needed
We chose this hotel for two reasons..close to the train station and it’s a IHG hotel.
Short walk from paddington station and easily found..just look for the indigo lights!
The area is very busy. Lots of restaurants to try but the hotel one is very good.
We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation and on our last day. It was so handy to get the express to heathrow airport.
The rooms we had had totally different decor. Very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice comfortable beds, bathrooms fridge and coffee/tea center. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
Loved our stay and will stay here again!
nice place to stay
very nice, central location, just a few steps away from Paddington station. Clean and well equipped room on the 4th floor (TV, coffee machine, kettle. the hotel is nicely decorated.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served in the Italian restaurant next door (connected to the hotel). Will definitely come back.

I stayed at Indigo hotel for one night and I love it!
The bed is really comfortable and I'm glad that I had a good sleep. The room was a lit bit tiny (London's standard) but nice and clean.
Check-in it was fast and receptionist are very friendly and helpful..
Definitely I will come back!!

Never left review before but comfortable beds incredible location, coffee machine in room, good view to the street. Delicious breakfast in attached restaurant fantastic service all around. Had some issues with room, got moved no problem. Team ever so helpful, many new but all happy to help. Vera (think her name was) and another lady with long hair, fardosa (sorry did not write down) always lovely.
Fantastic, just what we needed
This is a very beautiful hotel, extremely near to Paddington station which was ideal for us while traveling. Some rooms are on the small side (expected from central London, so don't understand from previous reviews what do people expect)
The team has been one of the friendliest I have ever met. Thank you Faran and Edwardo to make our stay memorable. Breakfast is busy but worth the wait and the price in Bella Italia restaurant next door.
Will be coming back next year!
