I stayed at the Indigo London for two nights
I stayed at the Indigo London for two nights with my wife, and our experience was truly exceptional. What makes this hotel special isn't just the prime location and the convenience of having Bella Italia right on its doorstep—it's the incredible staff who go above and beyond for their guests. In particular, I’d like to commend Mr. Shah, who went out of his way when he learned we were celebrating our anniversary. His thoughtful gestures and outstanding service made our stay unique and memorable. He delivered top-notch hospitality with elegance and, always, a warm smile :)
Location!
I checked in after 11pm and was received with a friendly and professonal receotionist. I was delighted at chocs and Prosecco in my room and free water. What a treat! Thank you. After checking out at 9am my bag was safely kept as I explored Paddington area for bfaat. A great stay.
Perfect location and excellent service
We had a great stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station which made getting around super easy. The staff were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early which we really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels in the area, cleaned daily and the fridge was restocked with complimentary water and soda which was a nice touch. The room had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A special shoutout to Catalyn at reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wifi which was quite weak especially considering the already limited mobile signal in the building. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return!
Comfortable, lovely, convenient.
The team pleasantly accommodated my very early check in due to a red eye flight. They also accommodated my late check out. The room, while small by US standards, was stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the math references in the stairwell. The location is terrific for travelers who want to explore London but also need to make connections to elsewhere via Paddington.
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel Staff excellent, fantastic location. Breakfast excellent. Service was perfect. Only draw back is the rooms are small. Will definitely be staying again I will just book larger room.
The location is perfect it's close to the station
Loved this hotel. The location is perfect it's close to the station but also just a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Park. The staff was so nice they even prepared our room for our anniversary which was such a nice detail! I would stay here on my next visit to London.
