Proper twin room with excellent breakfast and location
Me and my brother stayed in a twin room with separated beds. The comfortable twin beds were properly separated and not pushed together, which we appreciated. The room itself very spacious as was the bathroom, which was due to the fact it was a wheelchair-friendly room. Everything was clean.
Breakfast was superb, with a choice of menu food by the nextdoor Italian restaurant and additionally the option to grab food from a small continental buffet. Staff in the restaurant were busy but on the spot.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Paddington Station in the middle of town.

The location is perfect, just a few mins walk to Paddington Station where you can access most Tube lines.
The hotel has a lovely sheltered terrace that you can have drinks/coffee and relax
We had a first floor room which was on the street and there was little to no noise from the traffic outside. Very spacious rooms also

Weekend stay
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very small but clean and served its purpose. Breakfast was a little slow to serve, but we got there in the end. We found it very close to TFL links which is useful for traveling around.

Great location and hotel, let down by basic mistakes from some of the staff.
The breakfast was good value, but staff had to be asked for everything and did not seem up to the job when the man in charge wasn’t there, when he was there it was completely different, tables were cleared but not wiped or set for the next guests. When asked to fill up juice they did this but had to be asked to supply glasses.
