Warm,friendly welcome, and accommodated us in a room even though we had arrived early. Nothing was too much trouble. Just more of the same.we have been using you for a few years now and it never disappoints. All the staff hit the same high standard

If you choose the Paddington area, stay here!
If you are looking for a great property in London, Paddington area, come here! Just opposite Paddington Station, a few metres away you will find this Hotel. Strategic area, quiet, but far from the chaos of the center. The rooms are small in size but very comfortable equipped with all amenities: hairdryer, international electrical outlets, mini fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation after days of visiting: very large shower, bathrobes, shampoo / bubble bath and body cream provided. I point out that there is no carpet in the room, so a plus not to be underestimated! The staff, especially Ana, very kind, attentive and friendly. Breakfast at the adjacent Bella Italia restaurant: excellent. I recommend including it in your stay, you will not be disappointed! It really satisfies all tastes! This structure has made our stay in London truly unique for the comfort it gave us after long days of visiting! Very, very recommended!

Excellent Service
The reception staff, especially Ana. She was a huge help with the problem we had while traveling. She secured the hotel room we didn't have and got us a place to stay for the six days we were there. Her service was excellent, always with a smile. She was very kind, efficient, never gave us any trouble, and dedicated herself to resolving the situation without any problems. She's a fantastic asset to the team, thank you so much! The other person who helped us was Gab (Gabriel), who was very kind and efficient.Yes, Ana gave us excellent service. Thank you.

Lovely hotel in a prime location
We loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Paddington. The room was charming and quiet, with lots of lovely little extras like complimentary beverages in the fridge, and comfy robes. This was also probably the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced. Everything was in pristine condition. The hotel staff were so helpful answering our questions about getting around London during the Tube strikes, and with storing our luggage during a side trip. This place is a gem.
Trip to Paddington
The Paddington indigo hotel is in a perfect location for getting to Heathrow airport. Friendly staff and fun and clean hotel. Loved proximity to great food and the station.
