I had a one night stay at Hotel Indigo in Paddington to catch my flight the next day. I got off the Heathrow Express and walked there (only a few mins walk). Checked in seamlessly with Gabriel. Was upgraded from a standard room to a premium for my IHG status. Upon entering my room, I realized I didn't have my phone. I ran downstairs and spoke to Gabriel again. He was very helpful and suggested I go back to the station now bc maybe it's still on the train or at lost and found. Long story short. A passerby found it on the ground right outside the station and turned it in. I know that I'm very lucky that the right person found it. Gabriel was reassuring and guided me in the right direction. Upon check out, the staff at the front was also very kind and I briefly shared my story. They informed me that Gabriel was actually a new staff and they were happy to hear how he was helpful and that I had a happy outcome during the last day of my 3-week vacation. Cheers!

Clean, compact, and convenient
Clean, compact, and convenient. Very friendly and welcoming staff. About a five minute wall from Paddington Station, twenty minute walk to Hyde Park. Norfolk Square is just across the street if you need a little green space to run around with kids. Nice little restaurant attached at street level with a great breakfast buffet. Also a second floor bar currently serving holiday drinks. Convenient, safe location.

Just a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. A great spot to wake up in the morning and get out to explore the city. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and did their best to help us out with any issue we had.

Wonderful stay
Regular visitors to London. We booked two rooms for a week long stay with our family. Visiting one of our children studying in London. It was the ideal location. Easy access to Paddington Station and all modes of transportation (i.e. Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Express, tube, taxis, buses). It was super convenient for getting around. Also fairly easy walking distance to Notting Hill, Marylebone, Hyde Park etc. Area is very safe. ...
