Hotel that feels like Home
The air conditioning in heatwave worked superbly. Location on London Street was a block and a half straight walk from Paddington Station. No noise from the station. Nice area. As a solo traveler, the standard queen room was good for me. Comfortable bed and pillows. I was not looking for a large luxury hotel, but a nice, comfortable charming one. The employees at the front desk were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. I felt like we were best friends. We talked about my day adventures before setting out. On my return, the evening staff wanted to hear all about them. I felt like I was returning home and telling my family about my day. (Gabriel, Shah, Lesse, Kuldeep, Ana) Bella Italia cafe is attached that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. Sussex Fish has great fish & chips for take-away or eat in. Sussex Arms Bar is air conditioned. On the opposite corner is charming Sawyer Arms (built 1854). Portlands 24 hour convenience store next door to hotel. (Workers nice.) At Paddington Square (next to the station), has a convenience shop, Pret A Manger for sandwiches, and other shops. I highy recommend Hotel Indigo. Attention: The sign blends in with all of the other establishments on the street. Not big and flashy. Hotel is in the middle of the block.

Staff were most helpful
Nice, modern, clean, quiet rooms. Staff were most helpful and made me feel most welcome upon arrival. Great location. We've stayed here several times and it's consistently been a good experience.

WOW, shah and deep, the best staff - give them a raise
Shah and Deep, omg - as hospitality goes, they have been absolutely incredible! They deserve a raise, we all spoke about how we will continue to come back simply because they made us feel SO AT HOME! From fetching correct chargers, to giving us the best table, to the ability to manage a big groups dietary restrictions! All I can say is WOW. The drink and food was incredible, but the people were better!!! Thank you thank you thank you to both Shah and Deep.

Great Location. Great Staff. Comfortable Rooms
This property is close to Paddington, Hyde Park and the Elizabeth Line. The staff is great and on the hottest day in London, the room was perfectly air conditioned.
