Staff in reception was very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and nice. I liked the adapter by the bed for EU charging and the complimentary drinks. Nice touch

We really liked the nice welcoming staff and how clean the room was.
Very nice room and a big comfortable bed. We stayed in one of the executive rooms and found it very spacious and nice. The Waitress who served us, she was very friendly and helpful

Convenient to Paddington Station and restaurants

The location near Paddington Station was so helpful for us to take metros and trains all over for sightseeing and then the Heathrow Express to the airport on the last day. The onsite restaurant had a good selection of well prepared food and the hotel is surrounded by other nearby restaurants as well. The hotel is modern, clean and with friendly helpful staff.

Giving 5 starts to the excellent customer service by receptionist Shah. My room was not ready when I arrived and he made my wait very pleasant
