Room was 'compact and bijou'
Smaller than expected but spotlessly clean, with every amenity down to dressing gowns, slippers and proper quality toiletries. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful.
Exactly what I needed for two days visiting friends in London
Location is perfect, both for a stroll in the local area and for accessing London via tube; and Heathrow by the Express. The staff were also, without exception, friendly and accommodating of guest needs. Nothing major happened but one day I needed a paper clip and an envelope.....😊

Hotel Indigo remains an excellent choice for a stay in central London.
The location is very convenient for the Heathrow Express, which is the easiest way to get into central London after a long flight. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of 4 tube lines. I arrived a little early but they had a room ready and I was able to check in before the regular check-in time. The room was spacious by London standards and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was serviced every day; other hotels in Paddington, where I had stayed a few months ago, had discontinued daily room cleaning, claiming this was an infection-control requirement.
The staff were very polite and helpful. They kindly agreed to store a small package for me when I had to travel out of the city in the middle of my stay.

Had a really good deal booking on my phone via booking.com......receptionist gave me and my sister vouchers for a free breakfast the next morning. Lovely gesture.
Great hotel and location for price
Location is ideal. In a suburban area not too busy hotel quiet and comfortable but really accessible for sight seeing and shopping . Bella Italia located by reception where y is have breakfast and brilliant after a day out from a glass of wine or a meal.

Amazing location, Great stay!
My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to the UK. We were greeted by Antonio who was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay! He was able to upgrade us for free and get us into a room early since we had an early morning flight. Which was so nice to be able to shower after traveling for about 15 hours.
The room itself was nice and cozy! It wasn't very spacious, but there was enough room we could move around and get ready without tripping over each other. The bed was comfortable, and we were given robes which were a nice touch! The shower had a rainfall shower head and a handheld one as well. Everything was clean, even though I had seen other reviews saying the had issues with cleanliness in their rooms, we didn't have any issues with that!
The location is awesome if you want to be close to Paddington Station. We took the train from Heathrow to Paddington and it took less than 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. Hyde park and Oxford street are also a short walk. If you want to take the tube, Paddington station is right there, and a few other stations (Lancaster Gate & Edgware Rd.) are close by.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again when we come back to London!
