IHG/ Mercure stay

Food was great. Enjoyed a big English breakfast. I was moved from the Mercure to IHG next door because of a plumbing issue but I found IHG to be just as comfy. The room is big enough and has all the amenities.

Excellent Business Meeting Rooms & Sservice

I booked a business meeting room here for a day-long meeting (the Indigo Suite). It was just perfect for a small meeting - large table, plenty of natural light, big TV screen for presentations (HDMI and wireless connection), tea/coffee/water and biscuits included. Quiet environment, good Wi-Fi connectivity (no problems for video calls).
Also a very helpful staff (Mr Witek, Amparo & Luci) and a reasonable price.

We haven' book any accommodation in this hotel, so I can't comment about the rooms, but we had lunch in its Italian restaurant, and enjoyed its very sensible and copious set menus.

Stayed at the hotel but had the best service at Bella Italia! Thank you Grace, Had a quick breakfast before going to explore London, I would highly recommend the Veggie breakfast!! Waiters were helpful and fast with service, I will be back again to visit soon!

In London for a short break and visited the hotel to have dinner. We got a table in the terrace. Such a fantastic space, loads of heaters and even cozy throws for your shoulders. Food was great and the service was excellent. We will be back for sure.

A quick overnight stop in London, ideal location right next to Paddington station, followed by a really tasty breakfast at Bella Italia - so convenient as it is right by the hotel lobby.
As I have really enjoyed the breakfast so very much, I asked the sever to show me the lunch menu too.
Strongly recommend it!

We stayed here few nights for business, I have to say rooms were amazing, the staff very professional, the Breakfast at Bella Italia was what just needed to start the day. Helpful stuff too. All recommended.

Just what we needed

We chose this hotel for two reasons..close to the train station and it’s a IHG hotel.
Short walk from paddington station and easily found..just look for the indigo lights!
The area is very busy. Lots of restaurants to try but the hotel one is very good.
We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation and on our last day. It was so handy to get the express to heathrow airport.
The rooms we had had totally different decor. Very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice comfortable beds, bathrooms fridge and coffee/tea center. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
Loved our stay and will stay here again!
