Had a wonderful stay for three nights. Amenities made up for it, such as a rainfall shower, towel warmer, extra large and fluffy towels, and an excellent check-in. The location cross the street from Paddington Station is not only perfect for sight seeing, but also you can take the express train from Heathrow and check in minutes after you deboard. Breakfast was included in my room rate and it was sumptuous. I can’t remember having had such good hotel breakfasts in a long time. This seems like a well-managed property in the IHG portfolio. We’ve decided to make this hotel our “stay” when visiting the city from now on.

Lovely Hotel and really great staff. The location is perfect for a central west London stay. Walking distance to Paddington Station and easy transfer from the airport via the Elisabeth Line. The staff were so so sweet, professional and every extra request we had was met immediately and with such great care. We were welcomed so nicely. Thanks to Lesse, Ana and Gabriel from reception.
