Our free cancellation policy requires you to cancel your booking before your scheduled arrival time in order for you to receive your refund. You will be charged for the first night if you cancel after your scheduled arrival time or in case of no-show. There is no pre-payment required, all payments can be taken at the hotel.
Our non-refundable cancellation policy states that should you cancel, amend your booking or not arrive at the hotel the fee will be the total price of the reservation. Pre-payment for the full amount is required and will be charged at the time of booking.
