Madeline and I were recently in Londin for a couple of days and were looking for accommodation that was easy to access from Heathrow, in an area close to major attractions and was familiar to me. The Indigo Hotel Paddington ticked all the boxes. A three minute walk from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express and five mintes from Hyde Park. After a seemless checking and as we were unpacking we found that our wardrobe doors would not open as they should and we thus could not access our mini bar fridge which was critical to store Madeline's medications. We reported our issues to reception and almost immediately the Guest Relations Manager, Sebastian came to our room to resolve the matter. Sebastian could see our problem and immediately offered us an upgraded room which was larger than we had booked. Sebastian could not have been more helpfull. Thank you. The other staff we encountered were welcoming, engaging and made us feel important. Service, well done!
