“ Service Above and Beyond ”

My wife and I were originally booked into the Quality Crown Hotel - owned by the same group, and located nearby. When we arrived, it was announced we had been upgraded to their "sister" hotel - Hotel Indigo. This hotel is in London St, so much more conveniently located to Paddington station. A hotel porter helped us with our heavy bags for the 50 or so metre walk to the Indigo. We were early, so didn't expect our room to be ready. Our bags were put in storage whilst we explored the area. We got back a little after 2, but room still not ready. We advised we would have a drink in the adjacent restaurant and were promptly given a voucher for drinks. Had a lovely glass of wine each on them!

Room eventually ready - and what a room! Spacious, well appointed (with a Nespresso machine too). Very well appointed with all you'll need - including a small fridge for supplies. Yes a bit pricey, but this is London - and with the upgrade, we were both very pleased with this hotel. The included English breakfast was very hearty indeed. The room was very quiet too, having stayed elsewhere in Paddington previously, some locations can be noisy.

On check out, we were heading off to Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express - another plus - so well located. It was freezing outside, but a hotel porter helped us with our bags to the station - now this is service at the highest level. If you're in London, splurge out a bit and stay here. You will not be disappointed in any way - Highly recommended. Thank you team for making our short London stay so memorable!
