We booked in late on a Saturday night having walked out of our booked hotel (JHotel London hyde park) which was horrible. Don't stay there!
We were greeted by Sebastian the Guest Relations Manager who could see we were distressed. He put us in a lovely room at a discount and waived check out time. He then took us to the bar and gave us a complementary drink. He didn't need to do this but he wanted to. He turned a disaster into a very nice experience and we cannot thank him enough for his kindness. Great hotel Great Staff and good food too.
