“ A gem of a hotel ”

They really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Nicoletta at the desk was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do for you. She'd find you directions for any attraction in the city quickly and kindly. The room was small but comfortable. It had so many little conveniences that made the stay so easy, robes, slippers, daily newspaper, usb charging stations for all of your electronics with no need to deal with adaptors. Plenty of water and soft drinks in the fridge, teapot and teas, a coffee machine, a free phone to use or to take around London or to make local reservations. The attached restaurant was so convenient and the morning host was a delight! The servers were all great, especially Diana. The good food was basic and not elaborate but hit the spot. They served a good breakfast with fresh fruit and hot and cold choices. Never had lunch there because I was always out touring but did have dinner twice and it was good. I highly recommend this hotel as it is great value for the money in a wonderful location. Quite the nice boutique hotel
