Mrs. Brooks and I arrived here about 11 o'clock on the August 19 and were greeted by Catrinel, Peter, and Marvin. Although it was several hours before check in time,Catrinel worked very hard and found us a room so that we travelers could rest before we went out to see the town. Marvin was quite helpful in bringing our bags up and explaining in detail all that our room had to offer. Peter assisted in the check-in process as well. During our stay the three of them have been very gracious and have helped us in any way that they can.

Over the years we have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and would rank these three on the top off the list of those we have met. Your hotel is spectacular. Although a bit cramped by American standards it is inviting, colorful, clean, and in working order. We will recommend it to any of our friends who plan to stay in London.
